Many international patients compare All-on-6 and All-on-4 in Turkey because both can support fixed full-arch teeth, but the planning logic is different.
Implant number is only one part of the plan
All-on-4 uses four implants to support a full-arch bridge, often with tilted posterior implants. All-on-6 uses six implants when anatomy and planning allow it. More implants may distribute force differently, but more is not always better if bone position or hygiene access is poor.
The decision should come from diagnostic imaging and prosthetic design, not from a package name.
When All-on-6 may be preferred
All-on-6 may be considered when there is enough bone and the dentist wants broader support for the bridge. It can be attractive for patients with higher chewing demands or when the planned prosthesis benefits from additional support points.
However, surgical complexity, cost, healing, and maintenance must still be considered.
How to compare quotes in Turkey
Do not compare only the headline price. Compare implant brand, abutments, temporary bridge, final bridge material, number of visits, sedation options, imaging, warranty, and whether extractions or grafting are included.
A serious clinic should explain why a specific full-arch design is recommended for your mouth.
How Dr. Furkan Akar approaches planning
Every case should begin with photographs, medical history, bite evaluation, X-rays or 3D imaging when implants are involved, and a written treatment plan. Online information can help you prepare better questions, but the final recommendation must come after a dentist examines your mouth and reviews your records.
